Lauren from the complaints department tried to blackmail me after trying to defraud me

They send, by email credit agreements to sign and when I have signed, they send a letter a few weeks later saying they've change the amount to more. Is this legal? Is this fraud? When you speak to them, all they do is use the excuse book. I will now be reporting them to the FCA for a full investigation.
