Great value

Great value for money and no hastle Reviewed on: 7th September 2021

Took 7 months and hours spent on hold for Endsleigh to process a claim

I tried to process a claim on Endsleigh home insurance, and they repeatedly failed to respond to my emails, the phone system dropped me multiple times after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, and it took over 7 months to get the issue resolved. Excellent and easy to follow

Endsleigh were one of the only companies to be able to deal with Renters in a clear and sufficient way. I for a few years paid for unnecessary insurance on a house I didn't own but Endsleigh solved that and got cover the things that matter. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021

No Stress? Then choose the Best

I have used Endsleigh for some while now and used them even when I have moved. I am 71 and live alone and they have been wonderful. Not many things went smoothly, but changing my home insurance did. Thank you Endsleigh Reviewed on: 7th September 2021

Quick easy a d reasonabke

Overall good service.

Overall happy with the service. Never had to claim yet (touch wood!) but happy with info and service I have had via renewing my policy. When I have spoken with the customer service reps they have always been polite and helpful. It’s a thumbs up from me! Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
