Excellent customer service for a Loan

I applied for a loan and thought I had submitted the application. However when I called it had not submitted. They took the information over the phone and proceeded with the application, decision and money was paid into in my account within the same day. Great to phone and speak to people directly and have an issue dealt with promptly and with excelllent customer service. Have recommended to family and friends that they join. Long-term member, highly recommend

I have been a member of the Glasgow credit union for many years. I have even used loans to help with the home improvements such as an extension and now my family has grown up. The credit union has helped my son by giving him a mortgage to move onto his new property with his girlfriend. At this stage in my life, I am using the Glasgow credit union to save up to buy gifts for my grandchildren at Christmas. It really has been a lifesaver for us.
