Review of the Go Girl, Car Insurance:

AVOID AT ALL COST!

Avoid this insurance company at all cost . They are highly unprofessional and operate like criminals finding any sort of excuse to increase your premium once you have purchased the policy. There staff are highly incompetent and all should be fired or at least retrained in customer service. They have processed a claim without my knowledge and consent and made ridiculous accusations in an attempt to cancel or increase my premium after a non fault accident. After disputing the matter, providing evidence and speaking to an investigator the company had realised they were wrong they refused to admit to and increased my premium over £15,000 and demanded that I pay within 7 days or else my policy would be cancelled and they will not be refunding my premium. I have made several complaints the company have refused to take any action and i have passed the matter onto the financial ombudsman and I have asked specialist to look into the matter. AVOID! at all cost the cheap premium is not worth the headache and nightmare of customer service you will receive from this incompetent and criminal like insurance company. They do not deserve a single star. Also avoid there parent company Sabre insurance!!!!! Reviewed on: 7th April 2020

'Computer says NO"

Go Girl Insurance, or should I say ‘the computer says NO’ company!? I had my first years renewal quote through of £383.90. My policy expired at midnight and therefore I called (the Sunday morning) to renew my policy but was told that it now my policy had expired (11hrs ago) I had to apply for a quote again but could only do this online, so I did. The new quote was now £655.60 WOW a massive £271.70 increase. I phone customer service to see if they could help with the cost but was told the system didn’t allow this ‘computer says NO” and I would have to pay £655.60. No where in the renewal email did it state that the quote would expire once the policy ran out and this wa the very next morning but I was told by customer services at Go Girl (‘computer says NO’) that ‘this was obvious’… not to me it wasn’t. I now face paying an extra £271.70 for renewing my policy or starting a new policy 11hrs after it expired…RIP OFF!!! Anyway they did me a HUGE favour as I went to Sheilas wheels and got cover for £257.53, massive £398.07 cheaper for the year. So thanks GOGIRL (‘computer says NO”) for being so UNHELPFUL and so INSULTING during our dealings with each other…NEVER AGAIN. My advice DO NOT USE GO GIRL INSURANCE! Reviewed on: 12th March 2017

I have this insurance for my 2005 car which got scratched in my office multi level car park. I called Go Girl and I must say with apprehension of my perception of Insurance companies spending all their time and energy in finding ways to dishonor any claim. I was surprised at the speed Go Girl entire claim handling process and through every step assured customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to any Car Insurance buyer. Excellent service

After my son's car was involved in an accident GoGirl were very good, answering questions quickly and clearly. Email rather than telephone is the trick to good service here as you have everything in writing. Claim was generous and settled quickly. Reviewed on: 13th December 2016

Terrible Company

Initially a great price iver my policy i had to add a driver which took 4 days to do when asked for immediately. Changing address (to a safer area) increased my policy by over 200 (the rest of my families reduced). We kept getting two different stories. Terrible experience formy daughter

This company was terrible, my daughter had the worst experience when a man decided to cross a road without looking, thankfully it was a service road and she was coming to a stop out side her boyfriends shop, he hit the side of her car, NOT the front. the police and an ambulance was called and nothing was done. concerning the insurance, they gave her a solicitor as the bloke decided to take it to court, the solicitor played mind games with her, telling her she would never win even though he walked into the side of her car. This caused great distress for my daughter, the insurance never helped her in any way, even though they asked if she would fight for her insurance in court, well duh yes she would. to cut a very long distressing story short, at the last few seconds the blokes solicitor told him he would NOT win in court and the ase was dropped, he was made to pay the full costs to the court and the two solicitors. She has now lost her no claims for this even though it was not her fault, Do Not go to this company, they are thieves when it comes to no claims and even a slight adjustment on a policy. Extremely rude!!! Over charged me!

I started my paying a monthly direct debit, until they charged me an additional £20 after they tried to withdraw the money from the wrong account and the money wasn't in there. I tried to phone up and discuss this and I spoke to someone called Lucy who was extremely extremely rude and non negotiable. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! She was a horrible lady and would not accept any of my payments and I will be cancelling my policy down to her! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2016

Avoid these there terrible

I'll keep it short, basically they cancelled my policy due to lack of no proof of no claims, although I'd emailed proof plenty of times, I gave £212 deposit and a further £94.63 one month later, then 7dsys later they cancell my policy and refund sweet f.a. Reviewed on: 16th November 2016

hassle free claim

I crash my car and had to make a claim. my car was a total loss and it was correctly valued. Added replacement car to my policy for an extra£82 only. highly recommended. Reviewed on: 14th November 2016
