I have saving with gwcu for a long time .

I have saving with gwcu for a long time .I love saving with this company,I have to wait a few hours until I get my money which really makes me think if I really need it or not .so I seem to save better . There's great communication between me and gwcu .I have phoned in the past with queries and things were sorted out with no problem. Overall I'm very happy with the service. Very informative

I asked for a loan and was declined, I called and asked why and the manager of that department explained and broke down a few figures also, in a very polite and none patronising way. It was extremely useful information. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

Great local business

I opened this account as a small savings account for Christmas. It's as easy as pie. I set up a direct debit to go out every month and viola. Christmas comes and I have some money. It is also quite easy to transfer money to another account outside of the union. Never had any problems. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
