I found it easy to use, and explained easily

I found it easy to use, and everything was explained easily and clearly. One note is the postcode checker was unable to determine that my address was in Wiltshire (new build) - so likely needs newer ONS data Reviewed on: 25th July 2026

Best way to save!

I’ve had a saving account over 20 years (empty atm lol) which has helped me so many times over the years, in different directions. Easy to set simple to many and a fantastic way to save!! Reviewed on: 14th July 2026

Access to my savings is straightforward.

Access to my savings account is straightforward using the Web site. When I struggled to set up my access initially, the staff were very helpful. Products offer competitive rates and support local people. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026
