Utterly fantastic experience

We were told by another mortgage broker that there were no options available, after initially being told we had an offer in principle. They really let us down while we were in the process of selling our house and the whole purchase of our new property was underway. We got in touch with Haysto and they knew exactly how to help. They were excellent from start to finish and utterly professional about everything. Not only did they help us out of a horrible situation, they found us an even better offer than the one we had allegedly been offered by the other broker. Cannot speak highly enough about Haysto. We couldn't have done it without our Haysto team!

We used Haysto for our mortgage because they had good reviews and claimed to help people who may find it harder to secure a mortgage. My partner is self employed I was just nearing the end of my maternity leave! So it was a little harder than going to a high street bank. Haysto did a great job and helped all along the way. Excellent communication & support

I turned to Haysto after unsuccessful attempts to secure a mortgage with 2 other mortgage brokers. They called me back straight away, and I received a decision in principle within 24h and a mortgage offer in around a week. I received a call from the Insurance specialist who assisted me with the process of obtaining necessary insurance for myself and the house. There was a step by step description on the portal specifying what happens next, with the names and contact numbers of assigned mortgage expert, advisor and insurance specialist. I never had to chase anyone for answers, I was getting calls and messages in a timely manner, and was always advised of the timeframe of next part of the process. I was delighted with the customer service I have received, and the ease of the whole process. Other mortgage brokers were advising me to hold off and save up more for the deposit, but Haysto carefully evaluated my situation and secured me a mortgage in time to get the house I had already put an offer on. I am definitely going to use them as a broker when I remortgage the house, as they put the customer first, and they refund the initial deposit if they cannot secure a mortgage. We first approached Haysto back in July, my credit history is poor with several defaults and poor history with my ex-wife being a big cause. My partner has an excellent credit score and we knew high street banks were off the table and I stumbled across Haysto online after some searching. We start the initial conversation and everything was great, but this was before realising our deposit wouldn't release until early 2025. I felt like I had wasted their time a bit on the initial conversations and so on with Lisa N, but she was fantastic and re-assured us it wasn't an issue and they would be available when we needed them. By October we picked back up and Lisa continued with us. We were then passed to the wonderful Daniel TW, our mortgage advisor who has been absolutely amazing the whole way through our journey and had a conversation about the history and ins and outs, the situation we were in and what ideally we wanted in a mortgage and what suited us. He has worked tirelessly in dealing with the lender and getting us a deal that wouldn't have been possible without him. Dealing with our case with the lender was Tia A. - she is easy to get hold of whenever needed, amazingly friendly and has put in such an effort ensuring the lender has all the documents and being very communicative with us along the way. We also used Haysto for a quote for a conveyancer and have gone with them - Haysto will do the chase work with them as well until the completion and ensure everything is where it should be and that is a big relief for me. We also had Jason M. deal with us for some insurance quotes and he got us much cheaper deals than I was able to find in comparisons and online so am very thankful for that too. And, we managed to get a mortgage offer, it's a brand new experience for me but the whole team at Haysto, those we speak to and those behind the scenes are fantastic and have been such a delight to deal with.
