Review of the Haysto, Specialist Mortgage Broker:

Excellent communication & support

I turned to Haysto after unsuccessful attempts to secure a mortgage with 2 other mortgage brokers. They called me back straight away, and I received a decision in principle within 24h and a mortgage offer in around a week. I received a call from the Insurance specialist who assisted me with the process of obtaining necessary insurance for myself and the house. There was a step by step description on the portal specifying what happens next, with the names and contact numbers of assigned mortgage expert, advisor and insurance specialist. I never had to chase anyone for answers, I was getting calls and messages in a timely manner, and was always advised of the timeframe of next part of the process. I was delighted with the customer service I have received, and the ease of the whole process. Other mortgage brokers were advising me to hold off and save up more for the deposit, but Haysto carefully evaluated my situation and secured me a mortgage in time to get the house I had already put an offer on. I am definitely going to use them as a broker when I remortgage the house, as they put the customer first, and they refund the initial deposit if they cannot secure a mortgage.
