Haysto help make the impossible possible!

Haysto were fantastic at helping us achieve what we thought was impossible on our dream house that needed a new roof! A bigger brand bank who we had our current mortgage with really messed us around. They told us we had to find the money to buy our house before we could get a mortgage and then fix the roof. Only then would they give us a mortgage. It was a ridiculous situation and we were at our lowest. When we thought all was lost we found Haysto. Fortunately they had an exceptional team who were efficient, hard working and excellent at customer service. Sadly the house we wanted got pulled off the market, but Haysto were really supportive at that difficult time. They were true to their word of no mortgage no full fee and they still kept our case open should the situation change. If you want a broker who is honest, hard working, patient with you and all that the house buying process brings as well as reassuring I suggest you use Haysto! We will be using them again 100%! I was a little skeptical at first because I had never heard of them but it was a risk that paid off. I was kept updated at all times and when I needed information it was passed on quickly. Haysto made the impossible possible. They were not only helpful they listend and helped us work on a plan to move forward. They know how to make a mortgage deal work in your favour. Brad and his team who helped us were easy to speak to, efficient and Hard working. Things were completed quickly and with Zero Fuss. I had a great experience with the team,Tia, Conor etc. so good in their jobs. I was coming from a bad place in terms of my credit history. I never knew it was possible to get a mortgage at all, but I was wrong because with these brilliant people we were able to secure a mortgage and our home purchase will be finalised in a few days time. I could not recommend this company more!

I could not recommend this company more! We started our journey with Haysto in search of a new family home, with odds stacked against us we thought this would not be possible. We had a welcome call with a lovely lady whom helped advise us on everything that needs preparing for a MIP. We were then passed to Tom Duncan who managed our AIP, may I add Tom has the patience of a saint, as we weren’t set on a particular property at first, the house budget fluctuated for our needs as we completed viewings, but Tom was brilliant in securing us an AIP within 1-2 hours of requesting a mortgage value each time. Tom was extremely responsive, kind and easy to work with throughout, he would constantly keep us up to date and help with any queries we had. Big shoutout to Tom. Once at the submission of application stage, Richard helped us through with ease and kept us updated throughout this quick process, all the way through to our offer coming through, big thank you for your help! Using the Haysto portal is so easy, the last time we moved house was in 2018, everything was paper based and was very difficult (we did not use Haysto back then), whereas haysto’s portal makes everything quick and easy meaning no delays! Haysto also chase the lenders on a regular basis to give you piece of mind and speed up the process! Haysto also provided us with quotes for a solicitor to manage both our house sale and purchase of our new home as well as insurance quotes which is a great touch, Haysto is a brilliant one stop shop for all your house buying needs. Again I cannot recommend this company enough, house buying is a headache in itself but these guys take the stress away for you and do all the hard work, every time we heard from them it was always good news!
