I could not recommend this company more!

I could not recommend this company more! We started our journey with Haysto in search of a new family home, with odds stacked against us we thought this would not be possible. We had a welcome call with a lovely lady whom helped advise us on everything that needs preparing for a MIP. We were then passed to Tom Duncan who managed our AIP, may I add Tom has the patience of a saint, as we weren’t set on a particular property at first, the house budget fluctuated for our needs as we completed viewings, but Tom was brilliant in securing us an AIP within 1-2 hours of requesting a mortgage value each time. Tom was extremely responsive, kind and easy to work with throughout, he would constantly keep us up to date and help with any queries we had. Big shoutout to Tom. Once at the submission of application stage, Richard helped us through with ease and kept us updated throughout this quick process, all the way through to our offer coming through, big thank you for your help! Using the Haysto portal is so easy, the last time we moved house was in 2018, everything was paper based and was very difficult (we did not use Haysto back then), whereas haysto’s portal makes everything quick and easy meaning no delays! Haysto also chase the lenders on a regular basis to give you piece of mind and speed up the process! Haysto also provided us with quotes for a solicitor to manage both our house sale and purchase of our new home as well as insurance quotes which is a great touch, Haysto is a brilliant one stop shop for all your house buying needs. Again I cannot recommend this company enough, house buying is a headache in itself but these guys take the stress away for you and do all the hard work, every time we heard from them it was always good news!
