Having spent nearly half an hour trying to amend and pay my renewal and was still unable to complete this on the website, I resorted to the tried and tested method of speaking to a real person. Fortunately, I got through to Daisy who was absolutely superb and sorted the problem out for me in a matter of minutes. She was very polite and most helpful, you should have no customer problems if all your staff are as proficient. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

I saw your offer and it was very easy to take out the policy, I made an error on my address but again it was very easy to navigate your web site and change all for my self.
