A satisfactory call with the customer service team

The staff were extremely helpful and listened to what I needed. Allana even checked what my renewal would have been and realised that my quote was without a discount as I was a customer already and I ended up with a better price. Fast and efficient. Applied online for third year running. Application was straightforward and easy to complete with the medical questions easy to navigate.
