Kept well informed of renewal date

It was easy to renew the insurance and also cheaper than the previous year, which was a bonus! Appreciated the advance notice of renewal which gave plenty of time to explore other options before deciding to stay with Holiday Extras travel insurance. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

When searching for insurance products I always discuss the product with an institutions agent. This is a good way of assessing the quality of the organisation. I have found that “Holiday Extras” agents are amongst the best in the industry. They have always been very knowledgeable about their product, well able to fully explain any points or issues and extremely helpful. Reviewed on: 11th January 2026
