When notified about my renewal I had information that was needed to be submitted to my policy whilst on the phone the lady who dealt with me was outstanding in her assistance telling me of my increased price but was very clear that if I wanted to change to another company she would give me the phone numbers I felt that was what you call customer service Reviewed on: 4th July 2025

I use Holiday Extra for car parking all the time which has been great. So when I found from the website that you do travel insurance. I thought I would apply for travel insurance. I found it easy to follow application and the price was good. Reviewed on: 4th July 2025

cruising? You need insurance

On a cruise you need medical insurance. Even flue onboard will lead to a hefty bill. Helicopter evacuation could bankrupt you. Recent amended voyage with NCL Aqua Southampton to Boston was amended to disembark in NYC. On line and email support to process the claim was excellent- the payout was painfully slow but eventually successful. Reviewed on: 4th July 2025

I found the whole process of booking travel insurance surprisingly simple and easy with Holiday Extras. There were only a few questions they asked, which must have been carefully chosen, and when I spoke to a person about a query I had I was very impressed with how helpful she was.
