Holiday Extras were a reassuring delight to work with.

P&O suggested Holiday Extras. As were are now in our 80's we needed to be sure that we had the appropriate cover. The agent, Sue, was extremely helpful and patient. She went through everything in detail, checking as we went that we fully understood each stage of obtaining a quotation. This was a delight compared to the "hard sell" experienced with two other companies that we enquired of. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025

On line problems

Attempted to apply for holiday insurance on line but with no success. Telephoned to query situation and whilst no explanation forthcoming I was able to satisfactorily arrange insurance directly with representative/ Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

Difficult to rate until needed
