Simple, friendly and impactful

InvestEngine are clearly trying to disrupt the industry. But they are doing so without compromising on customer experience- in fact, it seems to central to their strategy. Their customer service team is the most engaged, responsive and informative I’ve ever communicated with in this sector, and they’ve promptly allayed and resolved my issues and concerns during an ISA transfer. The fact that they have achieved all of this while offering the lowest management fees in the market is truly impressive. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Needs improvement

Easy to join. Slightly difficult to understand the app functions.App needs to a bit more intuitive.Great value for SIPP. Needs to provide draw down facility and more transfer from other from other SIPP platforms. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Excellent platform would highly recommend

Great platform - No regrets! Invest!!!

I am a first time investor only started this year. I was contemplating for quite some time which provider investment platform to open a SIPP with and initially I wasn't going for Investengine but so glad I did in the end. Definitely the perfect choice out of the other platforms out there and affordable good value with a vast range of etfs to choose from to start investment journey. It's been a great investment platform so far and I am also considering a S&S Isa with Investengine too possibly. Great customer service on hand with prompt response to queries.
