Simple, friendly and impactful

InvestEngine are clearly trying to disrupt the industry. But they are doing so without compromising on customer experience- in fact, it seems to central to their strategy. Their customer service team is the most engaged, responsive and informative I’ve ever communicated with in this sector, and they’ve promptly allayed and resolved my issues and concerns during an ISA transfer. The fact that they have achieved all of this while offering the lowest management fees in the market is truly impressive. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Simple, clear, interactive and strong platform.

I used this platform for 1 months as a beginner investor. I found it simple, clear and strong platform that can be used by anyone at different level of trade knowledge. The only downsides are delay in dealing with orders and no limit on purchase/sells to give investors better control in short term but really does not matter in a long run. Great App (beginner perspective)

As a complete beginner I highly rate InvestEngine as they have built a sleek, accessible app that is really simple to use. I have setup a DIY portfolio rather than a managed one as I wanted to hand pick my securities. It gives a lot of information as you browse which is extremely insightful when assembling a portfolio. My only criticism would be that despite having autoinvest and savings plan features there is no option to invest daily for the smoothest cost average, hopefully they will add this in future but for now I am content with weekly investments.
