Simple, friendly and impactful

InvestEngine are clearly trying to disrupt the industry. But they are doing so without compromising on customer experience- in fact, it seems to central to their strategy. Their customer service team is the most engaged, responsive and informative I’ve ever communicated with in this sector, and they’ve promptly allayed and resolved my issues and concerns during an ISA transfer. The fact that they have achieved all of this while offering the lowest management fees in the market is truly impressive. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Easy to learn and great value

I am a relatively new customer, moving from Vanguard UK. The low fees, easy to navigate UI and range of low cost ETF options is excellent, and made thee transition easy. I would highly recommend InvestEngine. Reviewed on: 31st January 2025
