Great insurance company

To the Rescue

My wife and I went for a walking holiday in Italy in summer 2022. My wife fell on a path in the mountains and was injured. She was traumatised, had a broken arm and could not proceed unassisted. She was rescued by Mountain Rescue team and others and taken by hospital where she stayed for six days. The insurance company was absolutely brilliant. They assisted in every way possible. Their team of nurses were a real support to me while my wife was in hospital and the company supported our return to the UK. Finally, when it came to the insurance claim they could not have been better. They asked clearly for the information that they needed, dealt with the claim speedily and paid the full claim. Prompt efficient service.

Rare conditions covered...Big relief!

I contacted a few companies to try to get travel insurance but none of them would insure me because I have a few life threatening and rare health conditions. I hadn't had a holiday for more than 10 years and I was really really needing to get away for some sunshine and relaxation so I was a little upset and quiet frustrated that I kept being told no. Finally I contacted the Pituitary Foundation (because all my health problems are caused by pituitary gland) who put me in touch with Just Travel Cover who obviously understood my issues and had no hesitation in offering me a fantastic and very affordable policy that gave me a lot of confidence when I was away abroad. I also found that the guy I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. He didn't mind me asking loads of questions and gave me great informative answers. He took his time when explaining all the ins and outs of the policy because one of my conditions causes me to think a bit slower than most people and I get muddled when people speak too quickly. Thanks to Just Travel Cover I had a lovely worry free holiday. I will definitely use them next time I plan a break and I would have no hesitation in recomending them to anyone who wants excellent health cover at a very affordable price! Excellent price

Have used insurance for my husband for a few years now using for us both excellent price. Unfortunately had to claim this year due to husband’s hospitalisation. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had to postpone holiday due to covid regulations, not going on holiday until next month so no experience of claims procedure, but any and all queries were dealt with efficiently and courteously.
