To the Rescue

My wife and I went for a walking holiday in Italy in summer 2022. My wife fell on a path in the mountains and was injured. She was traumatised, had a broken arm and could not proceed unassisted. She was rescued by Mountain Rescue team and others and taken by hospital where she stayed for six days. The insurance company was absolutely brilliant. They assisted in every way possible. Their team of nurses were a real support to me while my wife was in hospital and the company supported our return to the UK. Finally, when it came to the insurance claim they could not have been better. They asked clearly for the information that they needed, dealt with the claim speedily and paid the full claim.
