I received what I would undoubtedly call a professional, efficient and excellent customer service provided by an outstanding travel insurance company. They picked up my call immediately listening to my requirements providing various quotations, being readily available to answer follow up questions and generally going the extra mile to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I phoned for a travel insurance quote and the lady who I dealt with was excellent. She was efficient and patient, repeating when necessary, and helpful when I wasn’t sure how to answer.
