very helpful staff

First time using this company for travel insurance. We decided to go with annual policy due to me having pre med conditions. Holly the advisor was very helpful and tolerant lol. She explained everything very clearly and bless her had to repeat herself due to my hearing problem. I'm not a massive fan of doing this sort of stuff online or over the phone but the advisor made it as painless as possible. I would recommend this company for travel insurance. Dionne was courteous and pleasant and actually got through the questions reasonably quickly.

We leave on October 30th so not in a position to say more at this stage. We do hope it won't be necessary for us to make any claims but felt confident that everything had been covered. Good luck. Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Very competitive holiday insurance.

I have a medical condition and used another company previously which was expensive and added quite a bit to my overall holiday. Just Travel was recommended by a friend, I found them very friendly and their quote very competitive. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and will certainly be renewing my yearly insurance again with them. Reviewed on: 7th October 2023
