very helpful staff

First time using this company for travel insurance. We decided to go with annual policy due to me having pre med conditions. Holly the advisor was very helpful and tolerant lol. She explained everything very clearly and bless her had to repeat herself due to my hearing problem. I'm not a massive fan of doing this sort of stuff online or over the phone but the advisor made it as painless as possible. I would recommend this company for travel insurance.
