Purchased a policy for a trip to spain last month and the rate was the cheapest I could find to cover my medical condition. The terms of the policy were explained to me and I had a range of policies available. I received an email with the documents and I also paid to have them in the post. Five stars for non pushy sales people who guided my wife through the hard medical rubbish, five stars for the price much cheaper than EVERYONE else, five stars for the levels of cover on such a cheap policy, three stars for the claims people I think they are called mayday but nothing to do with just cover it is a separate company but they were ok.
