Highly Considerate and Flexible

Klarna stands out amongst all credit company's in terms of flexibility, ease of use, options available, helping costumers manage the credit available, encouraging affordability for the average consumer and been considerate in this difficult times. I am able to purchase items I may not have been able to and it gives more realistic options than other credit companies. There's the option to pay after a month making it easy to plan towards the payment and if a costumer envisages difficulty paying on the due date , there is the option to extend for another 10 days which is very helpful. Furthermore, there is the 3 instalment payment which is monthly. other companies such as Clearpay and Laybuy etc do it 2 weekly and weekly respectively which could be difficult to keep up with. I find Klarna's 3 monthly instalment payment really helpful and simple. Their website is easy to use and I am able to manage my account with ease. Overall, I found Klarna really considerate and that indicates they care and want to help people shop with ease and make purchase of goods affordable. Keep up the good work, Klarna! Excellent, Highly Recommend

Klarna is a life saver at times with its instalment payment and buy now pay later 30 days process, The amount of times I did holiday shopping last minute and didn't have to pay straight as I did allot of returns and it updates the app so all you need to do is pay for the products your happy with and don't have to pay for the returns Reviewed on: 13th June 2024

Klarna is a great way to make purchases! Either splitting them in 3 or pay in 30 day's. The company is very understanding and can make adjustments to payment dates. The fees are very fare and just makes for a simple way to buy. Reviewed on: 11th June 2024

Easy to use, app easy to navigate.

Easy to use, app easy to navigate. Like to options to pay early and arrange later payment very easily as required. Refunds always straightforward and handled quickly especially if using the app to notify of a return. When have had the use the chat function to sort out a query when changing a payment method, I was redirected very quickly to a real operator who was very helpful and sorted out my issue.
