Fantastic service

I unfortunately had to use my cover last year when my dog got a bad ear infection, the customer service was fantastic, they made a very stressful situation so much easier. It was all handled directly through the vets and they paid in full within a few weeks of submitting the claim. Reviewed on: 16th August 2024

Quick response to claim

We contacted Lifetime Pet Cover when our dog needed surgery to remove a grass seed. The form was provided quickly and the claim resolved very promptly with a clear decision. I would definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 15th August 2024
