STAY AWAY THIEFS

This company charges mo ey without telling u. Even if u cancel the box they stil continue charging u. And u CAN NOT GET THIS BACK EVEN IF THEY HAVE EVIDENCE U WAS NOT USING THEIR CRAP SERVICE. U DOWNGRADE TO LITE PLAN AN STIL THEY WILL TAKE THEIR 2.50 AFTER SAYING ITS FREE!!! Reviewed on: 27th October 2022

Very terrible experience with closing Loqbox savings. You are force to open a new bank account with their partner which was described as Loqbox agreement by taking out Loqbox products which was highlighted to their customers instead they described it as easy to close and walk away with your savings. Customers where not told saving with Loqbox will be recorded as loans. It marvel me to find out my savings was recorded as loan and I paid exorbitant charges from membership fees and closing fees. Don't deposit otherwise you will regret.

I was deposited money in Loqbox but at the end of the year when my tram was finished they asked me to pay £40 to get my money back or else I have to open a bank account with their linked. Please don't deposit your money otherwise you will regret. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Don’t open an account don’t do it, they will rip you off and your score doesn’t go up or down, you have to pay it’s not free. It’s a complete scram. My experience with Loqbox was extremely disappointing.

My experience with Loqbox was extremely disappointing. I was hit with hidden weekly charges, lost a significant portion of my savings due to undisclosed fees, and faced obstacles when trying to withdraw my money. Despite agreeing to pay extra to expedite the process, I was still bombarded with notifications demanding repayment of a loan, further damaging my credit score. Overall, Loqbox's lack of transparency and excessive charges have left me with a negative impression and I would not recommend their services to others. Reviewed on: 25th February 2024
