I signed up to Loqbox knowing it was a credit buildi...

I signed up to Loqbox knowing it was a credit building account and would have to pay a monthly subscription of £20 per month. What I wasn’t aware of is the £2.50 every week! And then was also unaware of the Bolton that I had {NOT} knowingly agreed too. Which was another £20 per month. So that was taken from my account for a few months now aswell as the £20 subription and £12.00 a week for the service. I have now cancelled the bolt on but still have the account I been trying to open the Loqbox to take my money, But it will not let me! And says I haven’t paid enough in to be able to or I have to pay £30 to get it withdraw transfer to another account. no when trying to cancel the whole thing it also says I have t paid enough in! Having said all of that it has made an I’mprovement on my credit already and would be happy to keep Loqbox if I could afford it Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

I can highly recommend Loqbox. The website is extremely helpful and signing up has been instrumental in gaining back my credit health. It has been a great start to motivating me as I have watched my credit score increase and improve my financial reliability and stability. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Worked as they stated it would, credit score is flying up & I’ve got access to two £200 loans throughout the year. £7 fees could be abit less though but beggars can’t be choosers. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
