Good Features with Great Product

I find Loqbox product to be easy to use. More importantly the products in itself is easy to understand and use. The little bit it gives helps build my credit score while also helping me save which is a good thing. Reviewed on: 1st September 2024

Loqbox saver

Loqbox is an excellent way to save comfortably within your means and build your credit report / file. They explain things clearly in the app and I have seen my rating sore since I started using them. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

A scam! Please Avoid

This service is truly woeful. I paid as a member for over 2 years, and saw no benefit to my credit score. The points promise they offer is only valid if you've been a customer for over 5 years. Your credit score will go down not up. DON'T USE THIS!!!!! Reviewed on: 11th May 2023

They literally take 200 pound from my savings without a reason

They are a scam they stole 200 of my money saying that they sent it to my but clearly not still even showing in the app Reviewed on: 3rd May 2023

Fantastic!

Easy to set up an account. After one year, I could easily withdraw my savings (minus a £30 fee) and my credit score did go up by 200 points as promised. Very useful app, so I've continued into year two. My credit score can't improve too much more, so I opted for the free basic package and use this more like a savings account now. It's ok to slightly boost your credit score

It's ok to slightly boost your credit score however they force you to open an unwanted bank account simply to withdraw you're own money fee free. This is just a way for the banks to make money more than to help the customer. Poor. Reviewed on: 25th March 2023

Scam

The worst decision I have ever made. Soon as I signed up to loqbox my credit rating went down. I'm 3 months with no improvement. Their customer service is nonexistent. They do not reply to any emails. Avoid !! Reviewed on: 11th February 2023

Only sign up if you can't open normal accounts

Had a thin file and needed to improve my score. I opened 2 normal bank accounts and 1 credit builder card in October. I was recommended by credit karma to get additional credit and one suggestion was Loqbox. My Transunion went down from 566 to 558. Equifax stable at 668.
