Great premium, easy set up, fantastic portal

Exceeding Expectations

Marks and Spencer (often referred to as M&S) is a major British multinational retailer headquartered in London, England. It is a chain of high-street and online stores that sell clothing, home products, and food products. But guess what, that's not all they do. I recently had the opportunity to try out a new car insurance provider and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The coverage offered was comprehensive and included all the essential features I was looking for. The process of purchasing the policy was easy and straightforward, with clear explanations of the different options available. The customer service team was also very helpful and responsive in answering any questions I had. One of the things I appreciated most about this provider was their commitment to reliability. I never had to worry about whether I was covered in case of an accident or other unexpected events. The peace of mind M&S gave me was invaluable. Overall, I highly recommend this car insurance provider to anyone in need of a reliable and comprehensive coverage. Excellent service

My car was insured with `M&S. Unfortunately I had to make 2 claims in a year - the second was a 'dent and run' driver! The call centre could not have been more helpful and polite. My car was repaired with no hassle! Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Efficient Claim with extra Help

Someone reversed into my car making it a right off. M&S insurance assisted me in every level and when the 3rd party delivered me a small hire car, M&S were straight away involved in arranging a different car that was more suitable for my needs Reviewed on: 11th September 2016
