What happened to rewarding loyalty?

All I wanted to do was change my address and the wanted to charge £38 although this was reduced to £17 after a discussion I think the fact that I have been daft enough to stay with this company for 18 years with no sniff of any form of loyalty discount is something that will be changed when it come up for renewal. I agree with other reviews that say to keep away don't fall for it as I did. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Stay away

I take cover out from elephant insurance and after a few weeks calll me for validation of point u dont have at that time charges me 25 pounds administration fees ,then 3 call again for the same point and become I didn't tell them they have to council the insurance, I don't understand. Beacous have already payed administration fees to validation now want me to 330 pounds for validation and I cant they ll council my package with them I can't pay this amount of money and was council ok fine I pay 135 every month can you return my money and send me 85 pounds saying administration fees which is 25ppund so they took 50 pounds with no explanation and paying back Admiral elephant Acorn all scamer with zero knowledge what insurance is really for all the know is how make money to own pocket and when it come to claim ,guess what they dont take responsibility you fault is yours stay way hope this helps Reviewed on: 23rd September 2025

This company must be shutdown.

This company must be shutdown. What an embarrassment for the whole Admiral Group, Yes Admiral and Elephant are both the same group and worthless to deal with. I had to cancel my policy due to their incompetent/ lack of services, their exorbitant prices charging me £1500/month, when I'm paying now £600 plus much more protection and benefits than ever before. Absolutely scammers!

Absolutely scammers! 1.5 years after opening a claim this insurer still haven't fix my car and the vehicle is left on the street non driveable! The car was vandalised and police report were sent to this insurer 18 months ago! DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH THEM EVER ! Reviewed on: 23rd October 2024
