Having used them for 15 years an never having to claim , I can say renewals, are always easy as the staff are helpful with any questions I have. I also like the helpful emails covering cleaning and draining down which we do ourselves with a device they reviewed. The videos and tips are always of interest.. Reviewed on: 29th August 2026

I have insured my caravan with Leisuredays since 2009. They have been consistently competitive in price and their customer service is exemplary. I had to make a claim for a damaged carpet and the claim was dealt with quickly and professionally resulting in a new carpet throughout the lounge.
