Pro-active customer service

Have had great customer service from Leisuredays when we changed from a caravan to a lodge. I under insured online and within the hour a representative contacted me to point out my error, and correct the policy application. You cannot do better than that, in my opinium. Reviewed on: 29th July 2026

Have been with Leisuredays for 6 years and wouldn't change. I always thought their prices were realistic but when we discovered we had identified our holiday home as the wrong type they redunded 2 years overpayments without being asked...thats Customer Service Reviewed on: 27th July 2026

Leisuredays caravan insurance offers value for money. The Staff are knowledgeable and polite, and always very helpful. Luckily I haven't needed to claim on my insurance, but I am sure it would be dealt with professionally should I ever need to do so. Reviewed on: 27th July 2026
