Efficient, reliable and competitive!

Recently changed my car insurance and Elephant was recommended by Compare the Market. When I clicked through to their website, information was easy to read and the process was completed very quickly. Emails were sent with supporting documents and any issues addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family! Reviewed on: 29th August 2015

Price match, no problem

Chose Elephant for my first car in years as they were just the cheapest. When the yearly renewal was due I found a better offer from another company. Phoned up Elephant and they matched the price straight away. Nice. Also, no fees for changing address. So far very happy with them. Reviewed on: 17th August 2015

i am very happy with the service that has been provided for me by my insurance company that is Elephant. They are the first company that i ever used for my car insurance when i first learnt to drive and i have renewed through them twice as they are definitely the best deal. They deal with all my documents online and always ring me to find me the best deal. Any time that i have made a change to my policy, e.g. adding a person, they have dealt with this positively and efficiently and always updated my documents very quickly. I have never ever had a problem with anything to do with my car insurance and for this reason, i give them a glowing review. Their team are extremely friendly and i would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015
