Poor service, not reliable

I have banked with HSBC for many years, however due to an error made by staff in my local branch, whereby money to purchase a house was incorrectly transferred, meant a delay on the exchanging of contracts which cost me time and money. Staff should be fully trained in all systems before they are allowed to deal with customer enquiries. Be specific about the kind of transfer you need to make and double check this before the staff member submits the request. Reviewed on: 29th August 2015

Efficient, reliable and competitive!

Recently changed my car insurance and Elephant was recommended by Compare the Market. When I clicked through to their website, information was easy to read and the process was completed very quickly.
