Avoid no customer service communication awful

Been with them a few years paid monthly on time no issues Tried to cancel Could not log into a stupid portal the only way they will communicate Could t get anyone on chat it’s only open certain hours And emails are bounced back and not responded too No telephone number to speak to a human Got email today ages after cancelled and selling moped and they saying they sending me to a best collection agency for no paying an early cancellation fee! I’d have no email no letter nothing before this email Last email I got was to say your policy cancelled Which took me ages of clicking around their stupid website I’ve had no notice just this threat which had upset me as I always paid on time! Jist spent half hour with agent on chat who sent me 3 payment links one didn’t work said expired second gave me someone else’s name and address breaching gdpr And third she sent me to portal which I didn’t have access too and logged off and left conversation! There was even a spelling mistake on the page to say link expired! Very unprofessional and u can’t speak to a person and customer service is awful Do not use!!!! Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

Auto Renewal Trap will cost you.

I turned off Auto Renew about 3 weeks before my insurance was due to end, then later, I found they had renewed it anyway! When I spoke to them I had to send them new cover docs etc but they stated I turned off auto renew after insurance had started and I had to pay them £40 cancellation fee (totally untrue). I was told the £40 was for the 11 hour time difference between my old and new policy for Third Party Only insurance I didn't need as my bikes were off the road during that time!! How convenient to them that they state I didn't turn off auto renewal (which I flipping well did in plenty of time!). Not happy and I won't be using them again. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Scam when it comes to cancelling insurance. Insured my bike in July and then cancelled in September as I sold my bike, Been a customer for over 12 months with them so the cancellation fee was only £40…? Anyway, I paid £243 for the year, yet was charged £113 for insurers time. YES FOR JULY TO SEPTEMBER? If you break down £243 over 12 months it is equal to around £20 a month so I should’ve only been charged at most £60 for 3 months of insurance. Total scam saying they can charge more at the start? Disgusting. Won’t ever go back and will try get the amount back through my bank. 0/10 Reviewed on: 25th September 2025

AVOID AT ALL COSTS(and it will cost you)

Absolutely awful shower, they renew policy 12 days before its due, then when you cancel through their chat system they afterwards tell you there is no trace of it, then charge you in the "cooling Off" period. They delay doing any thing so if you pay by instalments you are out of the cancelation period with the credit company(do what I did & phone them first to cancel) Disgusting firm, as all other reviews AVOID AT ALL COSTS will report them to Financial Conduct Authority No way of contacting them except their chat online, what a shower of ****** Reviewed on: 26th July 2023
