When I spoke to them I had to send them new cover docs etc but they stated I turned off auto renew after insurance had started and I had to pay them £40 cancellation fee (totally untrue). I was told the £40 was for the 11 hour time difference between my old and new policy for Third Party Only insurance I didn't need as my bikes were off the road during that time!! Insured my bike in July and then cancelled in September as I sold my bike, Been a customer for over 12 months with them so the cancellation fee was only £40…? Anyway, I paid £243 for the year, yet was charged £113 for insurers time. YES FOR JULY TO SEPTEMBER? If you break down £243 over 12 months it is equal to around £20 a month so I should’ve only been charged at most £60 for 3 months of insurance. Total scam saying they can charge more at the start?
