Great first bank account

As an international student, I had to settle on a bank to make my first proper bank account that wouldn’t be a debit card. Metro Bank and their customer service helped me create one with ease, helping me with any missing documents I had to provide. Their facilities are also very clean and approachable. Reliable and easy to understand

I love banking with metro Bank! Their online banking is so easy and straightforward to understand and they are always there to help if you have any problems with their emergency call numbers or just message them online. Amazing bank

Best conversion rates

I love how easy the metro bank app is to use, and as I am a student living abroad, Metro Bank definitely gives me the best conversion rates. Also, anytime I've had an issue, they've been quick to solve the problem. Such as when I needed a new card or when I was locked out of my account.
