Moneybox is great! I haven’t had to use the customer service for Moneybox, but the app is great and easy to use and the interest on the ISA is great! Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

First ever LISA with Moneybox

I started by first ever LISA with moneybox. The interest awarded at the time was the market leader and upon joining i was met with a gamefied approach to saving which for the first time ever got me excited about saving money. This, as well as a very well designed interface for the app, and the ample information avaiilable for understanding a variety of economic processes (mortages, taxes etc) kept me very satisfied with joining moneybox. The only downsound is that thier cash ISA isn't unlimited withdrawal or flexible unlike competitors, which offer practiaclly similiar interest rates. In terms of lifetime ISA, really really good. seriously good. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
