At last!

At last an interest rate which takes NatWest a little way off the absolute murky bottom of the league tables and pays a morally more acceptable rate of return than hitherto, though there is a long way to go yet! The NatWest App is simple, straightforward, secure and most importantly so easy to use in comparison with some competitors’ offerings which are far too complex and where the administration seems to be far more important than what a banking app is actually there for. Natwest is a credit to the British banking network. Their customer service is excellent and the staff in the Spalding branch are simply the best. The banking app is easy to use always current and keeps me upto date with my ongoing accounts and new offers. Natwest for me. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
