Instant Saver is good - but not market leading.

Instant Saver is good - but not market leading. Much better Interest on savings accounts elsewhere. Natwest Digital Saver is better but the product wasn't available to review on here. the digital saver has higher interest rates and smart round up options. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Easy but Low Rates

The Flexible Saver is easy to use and I love the Round Ups feature from the current account. It’s also easy to manage online, by the app or over the phone, but the interest rate is much lower than other options like Nationwide meaning I save my bulk elsewhere. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

NatWest saving rates suck!

The saving rates offered by NatWest are much lower than offered elsewhere in the market. The only account they offer with higher rates has limits on how much can be saved per month and in total. Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

Just awful

Have had this account for years. Now been told as I only have this savings account with NatWest my debit card needs updating however they will not send one out. Actually told me that the account was outdated so I am closing the account. They actually seemed pleased to lose me as a customer Reviewed on: 19th May 2023

At last!

At last an interest rate which takes NatWest a little way off the absolute murky bottom of the league tables and pays a morally more acceptable rate of return than hitherto, though there is a long way to go yet! The NatWest App is simple, straightforward, secure and most importantly so easy to use in comparison with some competitors’ offerings which are far too complex and where the administration seems to be far more important than what a banking app is actually there for. Simplicity itself

I was recommended the Digital Regular Saver by a friend so contacted my local branch for further details. The saver account is so easy to manage and has a very competitive interest rate. I have trust in my savings, which is so important for me. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
