The saving rates offered by NatWest are much lower than offered elsewhere in the market. The only account they offer with higher rates has limits on how much can be saved per month and in total.

When I first started with Monzo it was very easy to contact the customer service team/agents. It has got a little more tricky as they have grown and user numbers have increased. They still solve any issues I raise and are always very well mannered and polite.
