I had recently lost my debit card and phoned up they checked every transaction was me whilst they got it cancelled and ordered a new 1 and to my surprise as I was on the phone a long they even paid me for call charge I feel like they cared Reviewed on: 14th January 2015

Wouldn't recommend

They are happy to take charges when you have no money. Take you into an unarranged overdraft and then charge you again for them doing that (not till next month mind so you've forgotten and it happens again) not very helpful customer services. Have found them to be quite snooty and short with a lack of understanding of the pressure the general public are under. Claim to be willing to help people in financial difficulty but in reality this is no the case. The banks version of greenwashing. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

As a disabled customer I am treated very badly when in branch . I have a hidden disability am not able to stand for long twice I have been shorted to in branch for asking for a chair! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Hassle free switch-great bank

Not much to complain about

Having banked with NatWest for years my only real complaint is the biometric security (that the app uses for payments above a certain amount) which I have found to be very unreliable. The app works fine otherwise. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
