Great Current Account

I have found the select account from Nat West to fur file all my needs and does not have an annual fee. A overdraft is available also and you are not charged anything for the first ten pounds you go over, which is good for those little emergancies. Reviewed on: 5th May 2015

Extremely happy with Natwest

I have been with natwest a couple of years and I have to say I am extremely satisfied with the service they provide. The staff are always friendly and able to help me with my queries I am also signed up to cashback rewards where I get rewards for shopping at selected retailers and using contactless and I think it is the best rewards scheme out there having looked into other rewards schemes. I can't fault Natwest and I would reccommend anyone wanting to switch banks to go with Natwest. Reviewed on: 29th April 2015

Great customer service but charges are a bit unfortunate

I have been a select account holder for 6 years with Natwest now. I have experienced such high quality customer service with them, great protection and banking at brilliant convenience. However over the years I have seen the charges slowly increase to a point now where it is a bit over the top for a payment to be rejected. If you can keep up with your direct debits then a fantastic bank to be with, if you struggle sometimes or need an overdraft have a look around to compare the unexpected charges you may receive. Helpful personel, both onsite and online. You always feel like you´re important, they always have time for even the weirdest questions. Online service and the app is also top, nothing at all to complain about. On the contrary, everything is very intuitive and easy to use. Reviewed on: 11th February 2015

Opening a new account

I went into my local branch as myself and partner wanted a joint account. The lady that we saw was very courteous and professional, as we both had accounts already she ensured that the information was correct on those and then just used that for opening the new joint account. Apart from being asked what type of select account I wanted (free or one of the paid versions) there was no overt sales pressure and it was stress free and easy. Reviewed on: 4th February 2015

I had recently lost my debit card and phoned up they checked every transaction was me whilst they got it cancelled and ordered a new 1 and to my surprise as I was on the phone a long they even paid me for call charge I feel like they cared Reviewed on: 14th January 2015
