excellent customer care

I have been with NatWest a number of years since originally opening a student account. I have never had any problems with them and find them to give excellent customer service. I regularly earn cash back particularly through grocery shopping which means I have a little extra cash every month which is great! Reviewed on: 15th August 2015

Would never think of changing

Very efficient and modern banking.

NatWest are one of the most well-known banks in the United Kingdom. Existing customers expect the best from a bank with so much prestige in their history and NatWest do not disappoint. Day-to-day banking is made easy with the new app on IOS and Android. Updates are frequent and the ability to transfer money from your phone to your account is priceless (in every sense of the word). Great Current Account

I have found the select account from Nat West to fur file all my needs and does not have an annual fee. A overdraft is available also and you are not charged anything for the first ten pounds you go over, which is good for those little emergancies. Reviewed on: 5th May 2015

Extremely happy with Natwest

I have been with natwest a couple of years and I have to say I am extremely satisfied with the service they provide. The staff are always friendly and able to help me with my queries I am also signed up to cashback rewards where I get rewards for shopping at selected retailers and using contactless and I think it is the best rewards scheme out there having looked into other rewards schemes. I can't fault Natwest and I would reccommend anyone wanting to switch banks to go with Natwest. Reviewed on: 29th April 2015

Great customer service but charges are a bit unfortunate

I have been a select account holder for 6 years with Natwest now. I have experienced such high quality customer service with them, great protection and banking at brilliant convenience. However over the years I have seen the charges slowly increase to a point now where it is a bit over the top for a payment to be rejected. If you can keep up with your direct debits then a fantastic bank to be with, if you struggle sometimes or need an overdraft have a look around to compare the unexpected charges you may receive. Fantastic customer service, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable
