Review of the Capital One, Classic Credit Card:

Offered secured version of this card.

I applied for this card, knowing that my credit history was poor, at best, and suprisingly, I was offered the 'secured' version. Capital one requested a £99 deposit, and they would then give me a card with a £200 limit. Absolutely great for building up my credit history, and correcting the mistakes made as a young 'un. I've recently found out that my APR is a decently low 30% on this card, too, which is miles better than my Vanquis card, at, i'd estimate, 50%. Great card, great customer service. Review of the NatWest, Select Account:

Worry free, reliable banking.

I've been with Natwest, now, in various guises, for more than 5 years. After recently deciding to open a new bank account with them (and closing my long dormant joint account). I was pleasantly suprised to find myself accepted (this was a shocker, as my credit was not particularly good) 4 months later, and Natwest offered me an overdraft! Again, a complete suprise, as my credit rating was very, very poor. I've dealt with them in branch, multiple times now, and had absolutely no issues.
