Better the devil you know!

I used to hate NatWest. Awful customer service and sky high charges. However, over the past few years they have changed and its a lot less hassle going in and seeing someone who is actually willing to help. Sometimes, it's better the devil you know with banks, so I've been with them nearly 30 years. Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

Good points and a few bad points!

The Good Points: I have NEVER had a problem with NatWest, internet banking's been smooth, queue in branch dealt with quickly. Bad Points: There is ONE branch in Edinburgh, being a capital city I would expect more and I need to travel into town if I need to use the branch where parking is hard, I think the fact as well that I have been a customer for over 5 years yet never been offered anything better than what I have, (the basic) despite never having an empty account or fines. Packaged account not worth it

We did have a select silver account that was sold to us as the only way that we could get a fully functioning bank card. We did not get that and the benefits were of no use to us. Not impressed with their customer service at all. Reviewed on: 14th February 2016

Never let me down

Let off with charges

Reassuring regarding fraud

Local call centres
