Great online banking

I love the fact that Natwest have great online banking and an easy-to-use app, especially compared to other banks! They also have a great feature where you can get out emergency cash using just your phone! Reviewed on: 11th February 2016

Pros and cons

Been a customer of Natwest for about 4 years. When I have had problems, like when my card details were compromised, they sorted it within 48 hours and were great. However my huge bugbear with Natwest is if you have any direct debits or standing orders due to come out of your account on a Monday - they take it out of your account on a Saturday! It's just ridiculous, and has left me short a few times. Reviewed on: 27th January 2016
