Having been with Nat west for a number of years I have been impressed with the consistent service, good access to online and telephone banking and helpful branches. The current account benefits are kept up to date and add value to the experience and cant fault them Reviewed on: 22nd November 2015

getting money OUT

im doing up mu house and therefore access to funds is important at this time. Whenever I need the fuinds I pop into the local branch (smiles on their faces) and remove the amount I need. Quick and easy Reviewed on: 20th November 2015

Quick & Easy

4
It does what it says on the tin - easy to open, decent interest rates and great online banking Reviewed on: 8th November 2015

The best customer service in all branches

5
I've always loved being with NatWest, purely because they are all very friendly and inviting to me whenever I enter a branch, which is important for me as I'm a student and very shy with little queries and I just feel comfortable with them. Reviewed on: 7th November 2015

Friendly, helpful and attentive

When dealing with natwest either in branch or via telephone or online banking I have always been completely satisfied. They go above and beyond to help with any query and are very polite and professional whilst doing so. Reviewed on: 6th November 2015

Not good bank to go with. I tryed to stay with free account as was on benifit and I ended up getting myself into debt as they wouldn't help Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

Great easy to use bank account.

I find this bank account east to use for everyday banking. The staff are helpful and the online banking is so easy to use. Reviewed on: 4th November 2015

better account available

4
never had any problems with this account but so many other banks now offer a monthly reward for banking with them and this one gives nothing Reviewed on: 31st August 2015

Easy to use, but check some of the benefits

5
Banking I have found the general banking trouble free. Direct Debits and standing orders are easy to set up. When I have had problems such as when I ordered something online and it did not arrive, staff were helpful in implementing a 'chargeback. Mobile Banking I find this app invaluable and very easy to use. You can check your balance when out and about, very helpful when out and about, especially near payday when you need to double check your account. You can also transfer money between account using this app and transfer money to individuals-useful when you are at work and get a call from a teenage son who has lost his bus pass, no need to log on to a computer to transfer the money, it can be done in seconds if you have a smartphone-provided you have already set this person up on your account. Internet banking Easy to use and you can search as far back as 6 years ago. Direct debits can be checked, you will be shown the last date when the payment was made and can stop the Direct Debit if you choose. Setting up a payee is fiddly as you have to use a small calculator type device that you insert your card into and follow the instructions. I keep losing this little device, however once you have registered that person you do not need to use it again you can simply log into your internet/mobile banking and transfer the money. There are benefits attached to the account , one of which is Green flag membership, however when I broke down over 200 miles from home I discovered towing was limited to within 10 miles from home and a hefty charge loomed for the remainder of the journey. I recommend that you check the small print for this. On the plus side I have just logged on to discover that there is now cashback for utility bills. Overall a good bank account and helpful branch staff. Reviewed on: 29th August 2015
