I've been with Natwest for almost a decade and overall they have been pretty good to me. They've been communicative and helpful when I've needed them. They've even caught fraudulent activity while it was happening. I like their marketing an branding too - they've grown it quite well. Internet banking is fantastic and easy to use. Happy to stay there, hopefully will never have to leave. Reviewed on: 28th December 2015
