I used NEST for a years before i changed jobs.

I used NEST for a years before i changed jobs. I had to register with a new pension scheme and decided to move my previous earnings to current scheme. NEST was helpful with the entire experience and peompt with responding to enquires Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Good luck getting your money

Absolute nightmare if you are ever enrolled into this company cancel. I have asked for my pension pot to be paid and all they have done is attempt to make the process as difficult as possible. From the first contact the call centre told me I hD not been with them since 2022 and had £200. They were still taking money and I had over £2000. I provided all of the documents requested kept contacting them asking what the delay was. My other pension companies had paid out. I was told a code would be sent out by post. ( that day of course!!!!). I knew by now this would not happen and it didn't. I put in an official complaint. Next they have refused to pay into my Starling bank account even though no one else has a problem with it. I have no other account and they keep resending the same email and ignoring all of my emails. This company is a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

The problems start when you try to with draw money.

The problems start when you try to with draw money. It takes 10 days for an email to be answered and a month on and still my withdrawal request has not been completed. Documents get missed and no one seems to know whats going on. I certainly would not use this company again. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

They solve any problem if you don't understand somet...

They solve any problem if you don't understand something from the amount you have and you can easily do what you want to do next with your pot, they are reliable and any technical problem you can leave a message or call and they will answer you by message or correspondence.
