Quoted £250 MORE than rivals on a renewal notice. Contacted them to make sure they DIDN'T auto-renew but received a message telling me they were going to auto-renew. Phoned them, they confirmed insurance would NOT auto renew but still receiving emails thanking me and telling me the renewal would be collected.
