Good customer service but online only, no telephone

I cannot fault Onecall Car Insurance in the service we've received, we never made a claim, only online web chat enquiries, twice in oner a year of insuring with them. I only took out the policy after doing all the online comparison sites, because they were the cheapest but I hate not being able to pick up the telephone & speak to a human being, I know the online web chat is a real human behind it & not a robot, one can tell!
