Excellent experience and service.

Overall the website design and signing up process was easy to follow and understand. I particularly appreciated the ability to go forwards and backwards during the signing up process to correct any inputting errors or mistakes or information that I had simply forgot to include. Affordable car insurance for pensioners.

One call were extremely efficient throughout our enquiries and offered reasonable priced insurance in what is now a very expensive commodity to pensioners. Reviewed on: 14th October 2025

Honest appraisal

Best quote by far, included recovery (cheapest and good cover for price) also included a courtesy car which was a bonus we did not expect. Good price and easy-to-use digital platform.

I haven't had to make a claim, but I've used One Call for my car insurance for about 5 years running as I find the price good value and the platform is user-friendly. I did find they quoted cheaper once or twice when I came back at renewal time and pointed out I'd found cheaper quotes elsewhere; it would be best if they just gave me the cheapest quote in the first place.
